2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first paragraph in the order portion has been wrongly typed and that in the third paragraph, the "3rd respondent" has been mistakenly mentioned instead of the "2nd respondent."

3. In view of the said submission, the Registry is directed to delete the first paragraph and substitute it with the following: "This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint (FIR) against respondents 3 to 11 for creating a forged death certificate and legal heir certificate of Kasiammal and, under the guise of the same, grabbing the land property in Survey No.162/5, Acre 1 cent 71, situated in Sitti Lotti Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, based on the complaint lodged on 23.10.2025."

4. Further, the Registry is directed to delete the word "3rd 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

WP Crl.(MD). No.400 of 2026 S.SRIMATHY,J TRP respondent" and substitute them with "2nd respondent" in Paragraph No. 3 and issue a fresh order copy.
