The learned Counsel for the writ petitioner had made an endorsement stating that the writ petitioner has preferred an appeal against the orders of the adjudicating authority before the Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi in FPA-PML-550/CHN/2014 and the same is pending. Therefore, as per the instructions of the writ petitioner and owing to the pendency of the statutory appeal before the appellate authority, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
