RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender of the petitioners before the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District in Crl.OP (MD)No.22787 of 2018 dated 31.01.2019 in connection with Cr.No.29/2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.22787 of 2018 dated 31.01.2019.

3. In view of the same, the petitioners shall execute a bond as directed in the earlier order dated 31.01.2019 with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the time granted by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22787 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
