ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 15.11.2010, passed in TNSE No.13 of 2009, by the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that he is not pressing the appeal filed before the first respondent in TNSE No.13 of 2009, in view of the fact that the second respondent employee has already been appointed in the Government service. The learned Counsel for the second respondent made an endorsement to the effect that the second respondent also withdraw the appeal in TNSE No.13 of 2009.
