ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.902 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, after conducting investigation, the case was closed as 'MISTAKE OF FACT'. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to furnish the closure report to the de-facto complainant within a period of one week from today.
