W.P.(MD)No.1201 of 2013 jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of this Court, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitioner with liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court for necessary relief. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
