RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the period of surrender by the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, Ramnad District in pursuance to the order of Anticipatory Bail order dated 28.12.2017 made in Crl.OP(MD)No. 18032/2017 in connection with Crime No.53/2017 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Kadaladi Police Station, Ramanathapuram district forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.L.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18032 of 2017, dated 28.12.2017, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the poverty condition, the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
