ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned senior counsel submitted that in the body of the order, Crime Number was correctly mentioned as Crime No.6 of 2012, but in the cause title, it was wrongly mentioned as Crime No.6 of 2015 and the respondent while filing charge sheet, added three more sections which is not incorporated in the order. Hence, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy including Sections 167, 465 and 468 I.P.C. with correct Crime No.6 of 2012. "Time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
