ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 353, 506(2), 379 of IPC and Section 21(5) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.38 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to comply any stringent condition that may be imposed by the Court.

3. The petitioner is having three previous cases, which are similar in nature, on the ground that the earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.754 of 2023 28.09.2022 and 20.06.2022. Even though, the co-accused was released on Anticipatory Bail, there is no on change of circumstances.

4. Considering the fact that, the Petitioner is a habitual offender, he is not entitled for Anticipatory Bail.
