RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to calling for the records relating with the order of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.142/2013/Pa.A, dated 17.06.2013 and quash the same as it is illegal and in consequence to direct the 1st respondent to change the property tax registry for the building bearing door no.2-1-17(new door No.13) Anumanthanpatti from the name of Chelliah to my name and 2nd respondent's name by giving effect to his order in Na.Ka.No.55/2011/Eniu/dt.24.06.2011. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SURIANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- Counter of R1 is ready and will be filed in the Registry today. 2.R2 seeks some more time to file counter. As a final opportunity, R2 is granted one more week to file counter, on or before 15.07.2019.
