ORDER

This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 22.02.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

2. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner in fore noon session or post noon session. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
