ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent not to harass him. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that no complaint was registered against the petitioner and that the second respondent never harassed him. 3.However, the contention of the petitioner is that the second respondent is frequently insisting the petitioner to go over to the Police Station.

4.In the facts and circumstances, if any compliant is lodged against the petitioner, the second respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. 5.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
