PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 569 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 12.12.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(2) IPC, in Crime No.569 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.12.2021, at about 07.45 p.m., when the de-facto complainant was working in a Petrol Bunk, the petitioner went there and assaulted the de-facto complainant with sword. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and the injured person also discharged from the hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar.
