Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to extend time to the petitioners to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.7,00,000/- as per the order of this Court dated 10.12.2018 in Crl.M.P.(MD). Nos.10117 & 10058 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.6163 & 7341 of 2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to deposit the said amount.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 10.12.2018 in Crl.M.P.(MD).Nos.10117 & 10058 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.6163 & 7341 of 2018, is extended, for further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand automatically dismissed.
