This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by one Jeyalakshmi mother of Arun, dated 31.10.2014 before the second respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no case has been registered against the petitioners and as such, they are not required in connection with any case.
