ORDER

While the patta proceedings were pending before the District Revenue Officer, Trichy, the respondents No.2 and 3 have attempted to treat S.F.No.60 as a Kuttai Poromboke. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from doing any work in S.F.No.60.

2. Till the orders in W.P.(MD)No.14099 of 2011 are complied with by the District Revenue Officer, Trichy, the respondents in W.P.(MD)No.12116 of 2013 shall be restrained from interfering in S.F.No.60 of Kattuputhur, West Village, under the Mahathma Gandhi Rural Employment Gaurantee Scheme.

3. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
