Prayer :- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Senthil Murugan, S/o.Thangaraj aged about 35 years before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER:- Habeas Corpus Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.Navaneetha Raja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Dinesh Babu Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
