ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A13 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 120(b), 341, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474 and 385 of IPC and section 12(1)(b), 12(1A) (a)(b) and 12(2) of the Passports Act 1967 and sections 18 & 39(1)(a)(i) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, in Crime No.1 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.866 of 2013, dated 10.04.2013, but he did not furnish the sureties before the court concerned. 3.Since, the petitioner had already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.866 of 2013, dated 10.04.

2013, this second application is not maintainable. Moreover, the court has only issued summons to the petitioner and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
