This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2014 to some other competent officer and to register a case and to file a final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry has been conducted on the basis of the complaint dated 10.05.2014 given by the petitioner and the same was closed on the same day and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
