Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions and MR.R.J.KARTHICK, Intervenor in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to extend time to the petitioners to deposit the amount of Rs.25,00,000/- as per the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.1143 of 2019 and 22960 of 2018, dated 05.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek time to deposit the said amount.

In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 05.02.2019, in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.1143 of 2019 and 22960 of 2018, is extended, for further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand automatically dismissed.
