ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Sub Court, Manamadurai, to dispose of O.S.No.40 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai as expeditiously within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Originally, the suit was filed by the Subordinate Court, Sivagangai in O.S.No.95 of 2008. After bifurcation of Subordinate Court and establishment of new Subordinate Court in Manamadurai, it was transferred and renumbered as O.S.No.40 of 2020. Seeking expeditious disposal of the said suit, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed by the petitioner. Considering the oldness of the matter, a request is made by the petitioner to give a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial.

3. It is seen that the first plaintiff is aged about 70 years and she died pending the suit and legal representatives were also brought on record. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Manamadurai, to dispose of the O.S.No.40 of 2020 pending in his file, by following the Official Memorandum of the High Court Madras, in ROC.No. 3793A/2010/B5/Statistics.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
