ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.75 of 2022, dated 06.07.2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(2) IPC r/w 4 of TN Prohibition of harassment of Woman Act, 2002.

2. Though several grounds have been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is now reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that six witnesses have already been examined by the trial Court.

3. Considering the stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the concerned trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
