[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to enforce the order dated 16.11.2009, passed by the Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, by considering the representation of the petitioner on 28.12.2012, within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the encroachments have been removed, which is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
