Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P(MD)No.1828 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.1828 of 2019, dated 04.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.1828 of 2019 dated 04.02.2019, is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
