NO.418/2019 in Crl.OP(MD).No.22918/2018 dated 27/12/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P(MD)No.22918 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.22918 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.22918 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
