O R D E R

The petitioner approach this Court with a prayer to direct the District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application on his surrender on the same day, if any petition filed by the petitioner in Crime NO.535 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent.

2. The petitioner is alleged to have committed an offences under Section 302 I.P.C. r/w 3(2)(v) SC/ST (POA) Amendment Ordinance, 2014. It is stated by the petitioner that he is innocent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Student and he has been falsely implicated on the basis of the confession statement given by A.1. He would further submit that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the lower Court to cooperate with the prosecution and his petition for bail may be ordered to be considered on the same day.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would oppose the said request.

5.Though the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Student and he has been falsely implicated on the basis of the confession statement given by A.1, this Court is not inclined to accept the same. application of the petitioner and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible, on merits.
