Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SARAVANAN BAGAVATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.64 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20903 of 2018, dated 08.01.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the the charge sheet has not yet been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the charge sheet has not yet been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.64 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20903 of 2018, dated 08.01.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
