2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.230 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that on 13.02.2018 local holiday was declared in Kanyakumari District due to Mahasivarathiri Festival, hence, the petitioners could not able to execute the sureties within a stipulated time. So,he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
