RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 21425/2018 dated 05.12.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21425 of 2018 on 05.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly from 22.12.2018 to till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in

Crl.O.P.No.21425 of 2018 on 05.12.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 10/01/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
