Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent and MR.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for Intervenor, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21233 of 2018, dated 07.02.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener.
