Respondent PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned endorsement dated 10.06.2011, in A.Thi.Mu.No.1384/AA3/2011, made by the respondent at the back of the covering letter dated 26.05.2011, submitted by the petitioner and quash the same and directing the respondent herein to ensure continuous, regular disbursements of salaries every month to all the Teaching Staffs and Non-Teaching staffs employed in the petitioner school, through the Secretary of the petitioner school, by forwarding the pay bills to the SubTreasury Bodinayakanur to enable the Secretary of the petitioner school to encash the same and to disburse the salary.
