(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenue to produce her minor daughter Mahi, aged 15 years, who went missing.
2.Today, the police has secured the girl and produced her through Video Conferencing from the Chambers of the Additional Public Prosecutor. It is stated that she has gone to her grandmother's house in Andhra Pradesh State. The reason is that she is not allowed to pursue the course, she wish to study in Higher Secondary Level. H.C.P.(MD) No.51 of 2022 her willingness to go along with her mother. Accordingly, she is allowed to go along with her mother.
