This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Palani, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.355 of 2025 at the earliest.

2.Heard Mr.Karthikeyan for Mr.R.Velmurugan learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Prabhakaran, learned Counsel for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, a Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 08.01.2026, has been filed by the petitioner and the respondents stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between them. In the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.01.2026, it had been stated as under:

4.Both the parties are present in person before this Court and pray this Court that the Civil Revision Petition may be closed, as the dispute has been amicably settled between them.

5.In view thereof, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. The suit in O.S.No.355 of 2025 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Palani, as well as the other consequential orders, if any, are hereby closed and the attachment made in I.A.No.387 of 2025 stands raised, in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by both the parties, dated 08.01.2026. Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.01.2026 shall be read as part and parcel of this Order. No costs.
