(in both Petitions) Common Prayer: Criminal Revision case have been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, against the judgment of conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, by C.C.Nos.144 & 145 of 2000 dated 28.05.2004 convicting him for the alleged offences under 406 and 420 IPC to undergo R.I for one year in both cases and the same was confirmed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.III, Madurai, in C.A.No.124 & 125 of 2004 dated 02.02.2005. (in both Petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.S.Venkatasubramaniyan For Respondent : Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, Additional Public Prosecutor

COMMON JUDGMENT These Revision Petitions have been filed against the concurrent judgment and conviction passed by the Trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo stating that the revision petitioner died on 03.06.2021 and a copy of the death certificate of the revision petitioner was also enclosed with memo.

3.Since the Revision Petitioner reported to be dead, these Revision Petitions are dismissed as abated.
