[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to remove the encroachment

made by the respondent No.5 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 on 15.05.2023 seeking to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material records.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
