When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.43,10,965/- and consequent to the payment of the amount, the attachment was raised and property was released from sale.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.In the view of the submission of the learned counsel on either side and for the reasons stated above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
