ORDER

The petitioner is the Vice President of the Samusikapuram Panchayat. He has been elected to the said post in October 2011. He had challenged the impugned order, dated 20.05.2013, wherein, his cheque signing power has been withdrawn.

2. Since the tenure of his post as Vice President had expired in the year 2016, I am of the view that no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
