RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honoruable Court by its order dated 03/12/2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.20865 of 2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20865 of 2018 on 03.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,05,000/- to the credit of the Chairman / District Collector, District Mineral Foundation Trust of the concerned District. Since the petitioner is unable to arrange such amount, the condition may be modified to that effect.

3. In view of the same, since the petitioner was directed to deposit a meagre amount of Rs.1,05,000/-, this Court cannot interfere with the condition by way of modification petition. However, time granted by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20865 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
