The Writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Charge memo No.2525/Mu.U/2019 dated 16.12.2019 issued by the second respondent and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has raised several grounds for quashing the charge memo, he submitted that it would be suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.753 of 2020 dispose the charge memo within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court and he seeks certain copies of the documents. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that if the petitioner requests for the copies of document in writing, the same will be given to her.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by both counsel, the petitioner is directed to request for the copies of the document required by her in writing. On such request, the respondents are directed to give the required documents to the petitioner and thereafter, proceed with the case by giving due opportunities to the petitioner in accordance with law and complete the enquiry proceedings, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
