Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16345 of 2018 on 10.10.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16345 of 2018 on 10.10.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16345 of 2018 on 10.10.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
