This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law in pursuant of the representation dated 10.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent is also directed not to harass the petitioner and also not to interfere with the civil dispute.
