For Respondent : Mr.M.V.Chandrasekaran, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.48 of 2011 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.48 of 2011, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 03.09.2019, the petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.58 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District and hence, non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner. He would further submit that the said absence is neither willfully nor wantonly and he undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

No.552 of 2021 4.Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, within a period of 2 weeks from today and to file a petition to recall NBW already issued against him.
