ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.511 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 r/w 397 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant, that on 17.06.2015, the petitioner along with others had taken away Rs.1,200/- from him at knife point and also threatened him with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the respondent has filed a previous case in Crime No.106 of 2015 and he was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed this application contending that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having three previous cases.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Virudhunagar and report before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. sd/- 17/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
