This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.1011 of 2010 within prescribed time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, it was closed as mistake of fact and the referred charge sheet notice was also served on the petitioner and they filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai on 13.12.2010.
