2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that enquiry was conducted based on the petitioner's complaint and the same was closed. He further submitted that several cases are pending between the parties.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenged the closure report in accordance with law.
