ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.271 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation in Crime No.271 of 2019 is pending. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.271 of 2019 before 2/4

the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
