ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conclude the investigation by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2024 within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court

2. The petitioner has sent representation to the respondent police on 23.11.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed. The petitioner's limited prayer is to consider his representation and to dispose the same within the limited period.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had lodged complaint against one Annadurai and Srivalli. Though the petitioner has sent complaint he has not appeared for enquiry.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner will appear before the second respondent for enquiry on 27.01.2025.

In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry on 27.01.2025 and on which date the second respondent police shall ensure the presence of Annadurai and Srivalli and to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and conclude the same within a period of one month from 27.01.2025.

6. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
