PRAYER in W.P(MD)No.2828 of 2011: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 17.2.2011 in Se.Mu.Order NO.2948/09/Pa 2 confirming the order of the second respondent dated 31.5.2007 in Se.Mu.Order No.10683/06/P2 and quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to refund the amount of Rs.29,160/-.
