ORDER
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the writ petitioner was promoted to as Headmaster in the year 2012 itself. In view of the fact that the petitioner was promoted in the year 2012, no further adjudication is required and if any other grievances exist to the writ petitioner, it is left open him to redress the same in the manner known to law.
2.With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
