ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the relief sought for in the writ petition is for promotion to the post of Headmistress. However, the writ petitioner had retired from service after filing the writ petition. Thus, the cause arose did not exist as of now for further adjudication. 2.Thus, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
